STEVENSON RANCH WEEKEND

Red Rocks Weekend Privacy Policy

Effective date:

Who we are and what this covers

Tourings Boring LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://srweekend.com and produces Red Rocks Weekend, the Stevenson Ranch Weekend Takeover in Denver, November 13 to 15, 2026. This policy also covers our affiliated companies that help put on the weekend, including 4 The Homies Apparel LLC (which operates Stevenson Ranch and OnlySteves) and Chug Bud LLC, and any other company owned or controlled by the same ownership. Together we call these the "SR Weekend team."

This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, buy a ticket, or sign up for updates, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this site, our emails and texts, and the weekend's events.

It does not cover things we do not run. Hotel reservations with the Sheraton Denver Downtown, Red Rocks Amphitheatre show tickets, the Stevenson Ranch online store at stevensonranch.co, and the participating businesses listed on our Locations page each have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you buy a ticket, sign up for email or text updates, or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (only if you opt in to texts), billing zip code or address, the events and quantity you purchased, your order total, and anything you write to us.

Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems. We receive only the card brand, the last four digits, the billing zip, and whether the payment went through.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location based on IP, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with it. This is collected through cookies and similar tools, described in the Cookies and analytics section below.

Information from other sources. Stripe sends us payment confirmations and fraud signals. Klaviyo tells us whether you opened or clicked an email or text. If you interact with us on Instagram or other social platforms, we see what those platforms show us under their own policies.

At the event. Red Rocks Weekend events are photographed and filmed. Your image or voice may appear in that content. Our Ticket Terms explain this in detail, and a notice is posted at each event.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Emails and text messages

Order and event emails. If you buy a ticket, we will email you about your order and the event itself: confirmations, entry instructions, schedule changes, and safety notices. These are part of your purchase and you will receive them even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

Marketing emails. We send marketing emails only if you signed up for updates or bought a ticket. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days, usually immediately.

Text messages. We send texts only if you give us express consent by entering your phone number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and text opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that send the messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

Companies that work for us. We use outside services to run the site and the weekend. They may only use your information to provide those services to us:

Services that help run the site and the weekend
ServiceWhat it doesWhat it receives
StripePayment processingCard details (entered directly with Stripe), billing zip, order amount
KlaviyoEmail and text messagingName, email, phone (if opted in), what you bought, opens and clicks
Amazon Web Services (AWS)Hosts the siteServer logs including IP address

Analytics and advertising platforms. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect site activity under their own privacy policies, not just ours. Meta uses it to measure our ads and show Stevenson Ranch ads on Instagram and Facebook. See Cookies and analytics below for how to opt out.

The SR Weekend team. The affiliated companies named at the top of this policy share information with each other to run the weekend and, if you opted in, to send you updates.

Participating businesses, sponsors, and venues. We do not give the restaurants, dispensaries, transportation companies, or sponsors listed on our site your name, email, or phone number. We may share aggregate numbers with them, like how many people attended. If a sponsor runs a giveaway that requires sharing your information, we will tell you at the time and let you choose.

Legal and safety. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect someone's safety, or to enforce our Ticket Terms. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three kinds:

How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect checkout. To limit advertising tracking specifically, use Meta's Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or email us at [email protected] and we will exclude you from our advertising audiences.

Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is no accepted standard for responding to it, so the site does not change its behavior when it receives one. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email [email protected] with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address on your account. We respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently or deny you service for making a request.

California residents. California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which is what the Meta Pixel does). We honor these requests for every California resident. You can also ask once a year for a list of third parties we shared personal information with for their own direct marketing; our answer is that we do not do this.

Colorado and other states. Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and a growing list of other states give residents similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. We honor these requests for residents of every U.S. state, whether or not a specific law requires it. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider within 45 days.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

Retention. We keep order and payment records for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. We keep your marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or after two years without any opens or clicks, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's default settings (Google Analytics: 14 months). Event photos and video are kept indefinitely as described in our Ticket Terms.

Security. The site uses HTTPS encryption. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the highest payment security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to run the weekend. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee against every breach, but if one affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

The site and the weekend are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Several events are 21 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change meaningfully affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you before it takes effect.
